Who We Are
United Communities Foundation Uganda (UCF) is committed to empowering rural communities to achieve sustainability and self-reliance. Since our inception in 2012, we have focused on creating impactful solutions in food security, health, education, environmental conservation, and economic empowerment.
Through hands-on training, capacity building, and collaborative projects, UCF has uplifted marginalized groups, including women, youth, and vulnerable households, helping them acquire the skills and resources needed for lasting change.
